What does it look like to work together?
Once you contact us, we’ll reach out to schedule a meeting. During the meeting, we’ll dig into what problems you’re looking to solve and scope out the nature of your project. Then, we’ll reach out with a project plan that includes a quote for the work.
How much collaboration will we have?
Collaboration is essential to our ability to provide you with a true training solution, so expect to work with us intimately. Each of our projects includes a review cycle where you will have the opportunity to review our work and request changes as desired. Click here to view our product cycle in more detail.
How does pricing work?
After our initial meeting, we’ll reach out with a quote for the work and a milestone payment plan that is customized to your project.
For smaller projects, you can expect to pay the entire cost at the beginning of the project. For larger projects, you can expect to pay a percentage of the project cost at the beginning, in the middle, and at the end of a project.
Why don’t you charge by the hour?
We charge by the project, not by the hour. We’re committed to excellence, and we find that charging by the project allows us to spend as much time as needed to deliver an excellent product.
