Lay the groundwork

Regardless of the type of project we’re working on together, we’ll spend time in the beginning getting to know you, your company, and your pain points. Creating a real solution to your problem requires that we truly understand what you need. We’ll take as much time as we need and talk to as many people as we need to ensure we understand the way you work.

Present a solution

Now that we’ve identified your individual needs, we’ll create a plan that outlines our solution. During this time, we’ll talk together to adjust the plan as needed to suit your needs. Once we’ve settled on a project plan we’re both excited about, the real work will begin.

create the product

Execute the plan

It’s time to create the product or products that we outlined in the previous step. The time it takes to create the initial draft of the product varies depending on the amount of work involved, but we will keep in communication throughout the process so you’re never surprised or in the dark. For time-sensitive projects, we will have created a project timeline in the previous step that we’ll follow closely.

Review & revise

Perfect and polish

After we’ve created a product for you, it’s time for you to review it! During the review cycle, you will have the opportunity to make as many notes as you’d like, including requesting changes. We will use your notes to create a final draft of the product. If you’re interested in a more robust review cycle, or would like more iterations, we can build that into your custom project plan.
